"Refund took forever, ngl"
I asked for a refund and had to follow up twice before anything actually happened. I did get the money back in the end, but the wait was a bit much and the vague replies were annoying.

I tried to exchange an item and it was way more frustrating than I expected. The replies took a while, and the instructions weren’t clear, so I kept having to ask the same questions over and over. It also kind of felt like there wasn’t a real person there actually paying attention, which made the whole thing even more annoying. In the end, it took too long and left a bad impression. I wouldn’t order again

"Delivery was fine, just a little frustrating"
I ordered from veroforza.com and the package did show up eventually, so that was good. It was a few days late though, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking the tracking while drinking my morning coffee and it barely updated at all. I wasn’t sure if it was stuck somewhere or just not scanned. The product itself was totally fine once it arrived, no complaints there, I just wish the delivery side had been a bit more reliable.

"Not happy with the material"
I checked my email receipt to make sure I ordered the right item, but unfortunately the fabric just wasn’t what I expected. It felt really thin and kind of rough, so overall I’m disappointed.

I reached out to support because I actually needed help, and, the replies I got were just kind of vague and not very useful. It took forever to hear back too, which made it even more frustrating. I don’t know, it just felt like they weren’t really that interested in fixing the issue...

I just went through a return with them recently, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. The process wasn’t clear from the beginning, and it dragged on way longer than I expected. I kept having to follow up just to get basic updates, and even then I still wasn’t totally sure what was happening. Maybe the ordering part was fine before, but after dealing with this return, that’s really what I’m remembering now. Returning something shouldn’t be this stressful, so I’m not sure I’d buy from them again.

"Looks decent, just a little too plain for me"
It looks okay overall, and there’s nothing really wrong with the style, but it does feel basic once you actually see it. I was hoping it might have a little more detail or something to make it stand out, but it’s more on the simple side. If you like a very plain, straightforward look, it’s probably fine, but for me it just feels a bit underwhelming.

The description was mostly accurate, but the sizing felt a bit off when it arrived. I also wasn’t totally sure who was actually responsible for the listing or the product info, which made it annoying when trying to figure out whether the issue was with the seller, the brand, or just the details provided.

"Didn’t really notice much"
I tried Vero Forza for a few weeks, i can’t say I noticed any real difference. I followed the directions closely and didn’t skip days, but it kind of felt like I was just taking it without much happening.
Maybe it works better for other people, and I know everyone’s different, but for me it didn’t seem worth the money. I probably won’t be ordering it again.

"Sizing runs way smaller than expected"
I ordered a medium, but it fit more like an extra small. I’ve bought similar items from other brands and usually a medium fits me just fine, so this was frustrating. Ended up feeling like a waste of time having to deal with the sizing issue

It worked out in the end, and I was able to place my order, but the checkout process wasn’t quite as smooth as I expected. It felt a little slow, and I ended up checking my details twice just to make sure everything was right. Not a huge issue or anything, but it did make the buying experience feel a bit clunky

"I ordered something from Vero Forza recently..."
I ordered something from Vero Forza recently, and the actual item seemed fine from what I could tell, but the packaging really threw me off.

The outside box showed up a little crushed, and there wasn’t much padding inside at all. One corner of the product box was bent too, so it kind of felt like it had just been tossed in there quickly. I don’t know if that happened during shipping or before it even left, but it didn’t look great.

Since nothing was completely broken, I’m not giving it the lowest rating, but I’d still only go with 2 stars. They definitely need to do a better job packing orders.

I tried to place an order, but the pages were loading so slowly and the menu kept jumping around while I was trying to click things. Like, how is this okay? After a few attempts, I just gave up and left without ordering

The shipping was way slower than I expected. I kept checking for updates, but there really wasn’t much to go on, and it just got frustrating after a while. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again anytime soon.

"Not sure it was worth the price"
I bought this from veroforza.com and at first I thought it seemed fine, maybe even decent. But after using it a bit, it started wearing down way faster than I expected. I keep wondering if I just got unlucky or if I should’ve looked around more before buying, but either way, for the price, I really thought it would hold up longer. disappointing.
